Girl Touches Deer Through Mesh Fence — Clip Details

A young girl in a white sun hat and sleeveless dress stands at a wire mesh fence, reaching her hands through the barrier to gently touch a small deer in a wooded enclosure. The deer, calm and docile, leans toward her, its head close to the netting as they interact. Shot on 8mm film in 1961, this vintage home movie captures a tender moment of childhood wonder and connection with nature, with soft focus, film grain, and warm color tones characteristic of mid-century home footage.
