Snow-Covered Field with Trees and Poles — Clip Details

Shot on 8mm film in 1960, this vintage home movie captures a quiet winter landscape in Madison, Wisconsin. The frame shows a snow-covered field with faint silhouettes of trees and utility poles in the distance. The image is grainy and slightly overexposed, with visible film scratches and dust typical of Super 8 footage. A small evergreen tree appears briefly in the frame, adding a touch of natural detail to the stark, white scene. The overall mood is still and nostalgic, evoking a sense of cold, quiet winter days from the early 1960s.
