Slow Upwards View Of A Tall White Lighthouse With Purple... — Clip Details

Shot on 8mm film in 1961, this vintage home movie captures a slow upward pan of a tall white lighthouse with a distinctive purple band and a small window. The grainy, high-contrast footage shows the structure against an overcast sky, framed by dark borders typical of Super 8 film. The camera movement reveals the lighthouse's cylindrical form and weathered texture, evoking a sense of quiet nostalgia and historical Americana. This archival clip offers authentic period footage for documentaries, editorial content, or nostalgic storytelling.
