Girls Feeding Ducks At A Pond — Clip Details

Shot on 8mm film in 1961, this vintage home movie captures two young girls from behind, standing at the edge of a pond and feeding ducks. The girls, dressed in period-appropriate coats, watch as numerous ducks swim and gather in the water, some approaching the shore. The footage exhibits classic Super 8 film grain, soft focus, and a slightly faded color palette characteristic of mid-century home movies. The scene evokes a quiet, nostalgic moment of childhood exploration and connection with nature in a suburban or park setting.
