Outside The Gates Of A Mansion — Clip Details

Shot on 8mm film in 1962, this vintage home movie captures a modernist mansion in Mexico City. The footage shows a sleek, two-story house with large glass windows and a prominent balcony, surrounded by landscaped gardens and a paved driveway. A man in a dark suit walks past the property's gated entrance, which features a low wall and a tall hedge. The clip exhibits the characteristic blue and purple color shifts of aged Super 8 film, with visible grain and a slightly soft focus, evoking a sense of mid-century domestic life and architectural style.
