Children And Parents Explore The Theme Park That — Clip Details

Shot on 8mm film in 1962, this vintage home movie captures a bustling day at a Western-themed amusement park in San Diego, California. Families and children stroll along a sun-drenched boardwalk past rustic wooden buildings, including an ice cream stand. Visitors in period clothing explore the park, with a rocky hill and a water tower visible in the background. The footage offers a nostalgic glimpse into mid-century American leisure, with natural film grain and warm color tones characteristic of Super 8 home movies.
