Toddler Plays with Hairbrush — Clip Details

A vintage 8mm home movie from Catskill, New York, 1959, captures a toddler in a light blue outfit exploring a dimly lit room. The child, with sparse hair, holds a hairbrush and playfully lifts it to their head, mimicking brushing their hair. In one frame, they stand near a dark surface, reaching up with the brush. The grainy, low-light footage shows the child moving around, with a person in a plaid shirt briefly visible. The scene evokes a nostalgic, intimate moment of childhood discovery.
