A young baby in a high chair laughs and reaches for a birthday cake with a single lit candle during a family celebration in Catskill, New York, 1959. The child, wearing a light-colored outfit, is surrounded by family members, including a woman in a blue dress and another person in a striped shirt. Shot on 8mm film, the footage captures the warm, candid moment with soft lighting and natural film grain, evoking a nostalgic 1950s home movie aesthetic. The scene is intimate and joyful, showcasing a classic American family birthday tradition.
