Children in Pool, Girl in Pink Suit, Boy in Yellow — Clip Details

Shot on 8mm film in 1959, this vintage home movie captures children playing at a swimming pool in Camden, New Jersey. A young girl in a pink ruffled swimsuit and a boy in yellow swim trunks splash and wade in the water, their movements full of youthful energy. The footage shows them standing at the pool's edge, splashing, and swimming, with a white lattice fence and a wooden deck visible in the background. The film exhibits classic Super 8 grain, color fading, and slight motion blur, evoking a nostalgic 1950s summer memory. This authentic archival footage is ideal for documentaries, editorial content, or nostalgic projects.
