Shot on 8mm film in 1958, this vintage footage captures Old Faithful geyser erupting in Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming. A large crowd of tourists in period clothing gathers to watch the powerful plume of white steam rise above the dense pine forest. The film shows natural color and grain typical of Super 8 home movies, with the geyser's eruption building from a steady column to a massive, billowing cloud. The scene captures a classic mid-century American tourist experience in a wild, natural setting.
