HICKSVILLE NEW YORK-1957: A young boy in a red swimsuit plays with a stick near a small inflatable pool in a grassy backyard. Another boy stands nearby as a family enjoys a picnic at a table covered with a white cloth, surrounded by lush green trees and bushes. A man in a white shirt and glasses sits with a woman in a dark dress, while children gather around a man looking at a poster on a house wall. Shot on 8mm film, this vintage home movie captures authentic 1950s family life and summer recreation with natural film grain and warm, nostalgic colors.
