Shot on 8mm film in 1957 at the Hammonasset Dansbury Fair in Catskill, New York, this vintage home movie captures a young child riding a small amusement park train. The footage also shows several pigs in outdoor enclosures, including a close-up of a piglet and a group of piglets in a pen with gravel ground. The scenes reflect a nostalgic, rural fair atmosphere with period clothing and classic fairground rides, all rendered in the grainy, color-bleached quality of mid-century Super 8 film.
