A Couple Going For A Ride In A Small Boat In A Harbor — Clip Details

Shot on 8mm film in 1957, this vintage home movie captures a couple enjoying a boat ride in a harbor in Catskill, New York. A woman in a green headscarf and sunglasses sits in the boat, while a man in a white shirt looks out over the water. The view from the boat shows a distant shoreline with industrial buildings and smokestacks, and large ships are docked in the harbor. The footage has a nostalgic, grainy quality typical of Super 8 home movies from the era, with natural light reflecting off the water's surface.
