Slow Motion Of Woman In Dark Bathing Suit And White Cap — Clip Details

Shot on 8mm film in 1953, this vintage home movie captures a woman swimming in a pool in Yonkers, New York. Filmed in slow motion, she wears a dark patterned bathing suit and a white swim cap, her arms moving through the water with a steady stroke. The footage shows her gliding through the turquoise water, creating splashes and ripples, with the characteristic grain and color fade of mid-century home movies. The scene evokes a nostalgic summer memory, perfect for documentaries, editorial content, or retro-themed projects.
