Airplane and Jefferson Memorial — Clip Details

Shot on 8mm film in 1975, this vintage home movie captures a classic American scene. The clip opens with a propeller airplane on an airport tarmac, viewed through the circular frame of a window or lens, before cutting to the Jefferson Memorial in Washington DC. The iconic neoclassical monument stands under a deep blue sky, with period cars and visitors visible in the foreground.
