Shot on 8mm film in 1959, this vintage home movie captures two young boys playing cowboys on a suburban street in Kansas City, Missouri. One boy wears a black cowboy hat and dark jacket, while the other sports a red shirt and wide-brimmed hat, both wielding toy guns. They interact with an adult figure also in costume, crouching and aiming their toys in playful combat. A white 1950s sedan is parked on the street behind them, with white clapboard houses lining the background. The footage exhibits classic Super 8 grain, color fading, and a slightly shaky, handheld perspective, evoking a nostalgic mid-century American family moment.
