Santa Performing on Stage with Navy Officer — Clip Details

A vintage 8mm home movie from 1959 captures a festive outdoor performance in Kansas City, Missouri. A man in a full Santa Claus costume, complete with red suit and white beard, performs on a stage in front of a seated audience. Another man in a navy uniform stands nearby, possibly hosting or assisting. The stage features a large projection screen and a fire extinguisher on the wall. The scene is shot through a dark frame, suggesting it was filmed from inside a vehicle or building, with a grainy, nostalgic quality typical of Super 8 film. The atmosphere is cheerful and community-oriented, likely part of a holiday event.
