Shot on 8mm film in 1959, this vintage home movie captures a summer baseball game in Kansas City, Missouri. Children in casual summer attire play on a grassy field under a bright sky, with wooden bleachers and trees in the background. The footage shows a batter at the plate, a catcher in position, and players in motion, all rendered with the characteristic grain, color fade, and slight blur of Super 8 film. The handheld camera follows the action with natural movement, preserving a nostalgic slice of mid-century American recreation.
