Shot on 8mm film in 1959, this vintage home movie captures a youth baseball game at an empty ballpark in Kansas City, Missouri. Children in bright red and green athletic wear play on a grassy field under a clear blue sky. A player in a red sleeveless shirt stands near a base while others run and field. The scene includes white bleachers and a chain-link fence, with a white building in the background. The footage shows natural film grain and slight motion blur, conveying a nostalgic, sun-drenched summer day.
