Shot on 8mm film in 1959, this vintage home movie captures a sun-drenched beach scene in Kansas City, Missouri. A woman in a black one-piece swimsuit stands on the sand, watching others swim in the deep blue ocean. Several people, including children, enjoy the water under a bright sky, with gentle waves breaking near the shore. The footage exhibits classic Super 8 grain, color saturation, and a slightly faded look characteristic of mid-century home movies, evoking a nostalgic, summertime atmosphere.
