A young boy in a black and white checkered coat stands in the foreground as a girl in a green sweater holds a doll and waves at the camera. Another child holds a yellow doll, and the group appears to be on a boat or dock, with masts visible in the background. Shot on 8mm film in 1946, this vintage home movie captures a candid moment of children playing and waving, with natural lighting and the characteristic grain of classic Super 8 footage. The scene evokes a sense of post-war nostalgia and everyday life in the Netherlands.
