Shot on 8mm film in 1967, this archival footage captures a woman with a large blonde updo speaking at a podium during Ronald Reagan's inauguration in Sacramento, California. She wears a dark suit and addresses a seated crowd in front of a grand classical building with arched windows. The scene is bathed in a distinct purple hue, characteristic of vintage film, with yellow flowers decorating the podium. The footage shows slight camera movement and the natural grain of Super 8 film, offering a nostalgic glimpse into a historic political event.
