Vintage 8mm View of the Eiffel Tower Through a Window — Clip Details

Shot on 8mm film in 1947, this vintage home movie captures the Eiffel Tower in Paris, France, viewed through a window frame. The sepia-toned footage shows the iconic landmark under a cloudy sky, with visible film grain, scratches, and dust typical of archival Super 8 home movies. The static, slightly shaky perspective suggests a personal, nostalgic moment from a mid-century traveler. The surrounding Parisian rooftops are faintly visible, adding to the historical ambiance of post-war France. This authentic 1940s footage is ideal for documentaries, editorial content, or nostalgic projects exploring mid-century European life.
