A group of friends hikes through a dense pine forest in Lake Tahoe, California, in 1978. Shot on 8mm film, the footage captures hikers with backpacks navigating a sun-dappled trail surrounded by tall evergreens. The group, dressed in casual outdoor wear including hats and jackets, moves together through the natural landscape. The warm, slightly faded colors and visible film grain evoke a nostalgic, authentic home movie feel from the late 1970s.
