Shot on 8mm film in 1977 at Sapphire Lake, Montana, this vintage home movie captures a family camping scene in the forest. A man in a bright blue rain suit and black beanie sits by a small fire, holding socks while another man in a white hat bends nearby. A young boy in a light raincoat stands watching. Clothes hang on a line, and shoes are scattered on the ground. The footage shows natural film grain and warm, saturated colors typical of Super 8 home movies from the era.
