Shot on 8mm film in 1977, this vintage home movie captures a man at Sapphire Lake, Montana, during a cold morning. He wears a light-colored bucket hat and a dark jacket with 'Sapphire Bay Guide' embroidered on the chest, vigorously shaking water from a large dark cover or tarp. The scene shifts to a young person in a colorful knit hat and a bright blue quilted jacket, carefully hanging damp clothes on a clothesline in a wooded campsite. The footage shows natural outdoor light, film grain, and authentic 1970s home movie quality, evoking a nostalgic sense of a classic American camping trip.
