Shot on 8mm film in 1977, this vintage home movie captures the Glacier Bay Lodge in Alaska. The clip opens with a close-up of the wooden sign for the lodge and Glacier Bay National Monument, featuring the National Park Service emblem. The scene then shifts to the lodge's exterior, where a group of visitors in colorful 1970s attire gather with backpacks and luggage, preparing for a trip. A vintage bus is parked nearby, and the rustic log cabin structure stands against a backdrop of lush green trees. The footage has a warm, nostalgic color palette and authentic film grain, offering a candid glimpse into mid-1970s tourism in a remote Alaskan wilderness.
