NEW YORK USA-1938: Black and white 8mm home movie footage captures a group of young men in military-style uniforms and berets gathered around vintage American cars in a wooded area. The grainy, high-contrast film shows them standing and conversing, with one man in a hat walking past a classic 1940s sedan. The scene, shot on 8mm film, evokes a sense of mid-20th century Americana, with bare trees suggesting early spring or late autumn. The footage is raw and unpolished, characteristic of personal home movies from the era, offering a candid glimpse into youth and camaraderie during the 1930s.
