Shot on 8mm film in 1981, this vintage home movie captures a lively parade in California. Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts march proudly down a sun-drenched street, some carrying American and California state flags. Children in uniforms walk in formation, while spectators line the sidewalks. The footage shows classic 1980s fashion and a nostalgic community event, with natural film grain and warm color tones characteristic of Super 8 home movies.
