School Color Guard and Marching Band Parade — Clip Details

A vibrant 1981 parade in California captured on 8mm film, featuring a school color guard in bright yellow and blue uniforms performing a synchronized routine. The procession includes a marching band in blue uniforms, a stilt walker in denim overalls, and a banner for the Redwood Nat'l Park Del Norte Warriors. Spectators line the street under a clear sky, with mid-century buildings and bare trees in the background. The footage shows natural film grain, slight color fading, and a handheld camera perspective, evoking authentic 1980s Americana and nostalgic community celebration.
