Vintage 8mm footage from Hong Kong in 1984 captures bright yellow banners for the Tenth Festival of Asian Arts, featuring bold red and black Chinese characters and abstract art. The banners hang against a backdrop of mid-century high-rise buildings, including one with a visible "CABLE AND SYSTEMS" sign. The scene is framed by dark edges, suggesting a home movie perspective, with natural daylight highlighting the film's grain and saturated colors. The final frame shifts to a panoramic city view from a high vantage point, showing dense urban development and green hills, with a person in a striped shirt observing the skyline.
