Vintage 8mm footage from Taiwan in 1982 captures a dark blue diesel locomotive, numbered 61, passing through a train station. The train moves slowly along the tracks beneath a concrete overpass, with passengers and onlookers gathered on the platform. A conductor is visible in the cab window as the train progresses. The scene features classic 1980s clothing styles and a grainy, color-bleached film quality characteristic of home movie footage. The setting includes a modern station building and distant hills, offering a nostalgic glimpse of mid-20th century transportation in Taiwan.
