Vintage 8mm home movie footage from Washington USA in 1940 captures a snowy mountain ski resort. The grainy, slightly faded color film shows skiers descending a slope near a wooden lift station, with others standing on the snow-covered ground. People in winter coats and hats gather near a staircase, while a red structure stands on the hillside. The footage exhibits classic 1940s film characteristics with visible grain and soft focus, offering a nostalgic glimpse of mid-century winter recreation.
