WASHINGTON USA-1940: Three men converse outside a luncheonette, one in a military-style uniform smoking a cigarette while another in a hat and suspenders gestures during their chat. The storefront features a 'Gilt Top Beer' sign in the window and a 'LUNCHES' awning above. The black-and-white 8mm footage shows classic mid-century American street life with visible film grain and edge distortion, capturing a candid moment of camaraderie and casual smoking in a small-town setting.
