Vintage 8mm home movie footage from Boston, USA, in 1975, capturing a backyard pool party under a deep blue night-time glow. A man in a pink shirt and visor holds a corn on the cob, while others relax on lawn chairs around a checkered patio. A child plays near the pool, and a red inflatable float bobs in the water. The scene is bathed in a strong purple-blue tint, characteristic of 1970s film stock, with visible grain and slight camera shake. The atmosphere is casual and nostalgic, evoking classic American summer gatherings.
