WELLSBURG IOWA-1965: A vibrant vintage parade unfolds on a damp, overcast day, captured on 8mm film with authentic grain and color shifts. A marching band in formal black and gold uniforms plays brass instruments as they march down a wet street, their reflections glistening on the pavement. Spectators line the sidewalks, bundled in winter coats, watching the procession. The scene shifts to cheerleaders in black uniforms with white fur-trimmed skirts, followed by performers in historical costumes, including a figure in a blue and yellow colonial-style outfit. The handheld camera movement adds to the nostalgic, home-movie feel, preserving a slice of mid-1960s Americana.
