Lions of Michigan Parade Marching with Banner — Clip Details

Vintage 8mm home movie footage from 1961 in California showing a Lions of Michigan parade float. Participants march in a street parade holding a large white banner with red lettering reading 'LIONS OF MICHIGAN DISTRICT 10 and 11'. The scene features a marching band, spectators lining the street, and period clothing from the early 1960s. The footage has authentic film grain, slight color fading, and a handheld camera perspective typical of amateur Super 8 recordings. A decorative lion statue and white glasses prop appear on the float, adding to the nostalgic Americana feel.
