Parade with Majorettes and Child in Go-Kart — Clip Details

Vintage 8mm home movie footage from California in 1961 captures a lively Americana parade with marching bands, majorettes in white uniforms, and spectators lining the street. A small child drives a homemade go-kart through the parade route, adding a playful touch. The scene features American flags, colorful costumes, and a bustling city atmosphere with skyscrapers in the background. The footage exhibits classic Super 8 film grain and color saturation, offering authentic retro archival material for documentaries, nostalgic content, or historical storytelling.
